Can't hurt to talk to him face-to-face.
If they like him even a tiny bit, I wonder if they would dare go there if he was available at 60?

He probably won't be, even with his character concerns. He is talented enough where some team, perhaps very very early could take him if they are comfortable he has his head on straight.

He is going to be a player if not this year, than next, not sure we can let Witten/Romo cook for another year without a number 1 draft choice making their lives easier. I would be more inclined to look at the Oline talent that drops.

After declining to visit with the Dallas Cowboys earlier in the week, former Missouri and Oklahoma wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham will be heading to Big D after all. According to ESPN.com's Todd Archer, Beckham-Green will be in Valley Ranch on Wednesday.
Meeting with Green-Beckham is an interesting decision for the Cowboys. The team has their superstar receiver in Dez Bryant and a trustworthy No. 2 in Terrance Williams. Wide receiver Cole Beasley re-signed this offseason to return as the primary slot receiver. The corps seems set.
If the Cowboys do draft Green-Beckham, that's just another weapon added for quarterback Tony Romo. Think about how unstoppable that passing attack would be. Watch some of the receiver's highlights in the video embedded below.

I just don't know where they would draft this guy. He is gonna go in the first or second round. With our RB need and our needs on the defense, this seems like a wasted pick. I don't know.

I don't think Dallas will draft him but these interviews are important down the road as well. I would add , We also do not know who will still be on the board at 27 or which team may want to move to the 27 spot giving Dallas an extra pick in rd 2. I'm just glad to see the Cowboys covering all possibilities and looking at top talent.

Friends with some Mizzou fans and, while they love the kid's talent, they are concerned about his off-field behavior. Will throwing millions of dollars at him make it go away or exacerbate it? That will be the question. Don't know if we need two talented WRs that need babysitters.

Would any of you take a chance on him in the first if the best defensive prospects were gone and so was Gurley and Gordon? Say take him in the first a defensive player in the second and someone like Duke Johnson in the third?

Maybe he rights the ship.
But this isn't someone that's had 1-2 chances.
he has had 10-12 chances and has had issues at every single stop since middle school- high school--1 college--2nd college....

Almost ZERO chance Garrett would approve of us taking him at 27. I'm not sure about later. I hear that at least 35-40% of the teams out there claim he's entirely off their board or at best pushed way down to late rounds.
We literally have a draft that has 15 or more WRs that will contribute to NFL teams...and multiple players that fall into the absolute athletic freak category.
In a thin draft, I would like his odds much more. Someone will probably bite though.

You guys mad if DGB is the pick at 27?

Yep. Though he's got a world of potential. In a trade-back scenario as a backup option, though, I could live with it. But I'll be mad if we go anything other than defense in the first and defense with two of our first three picks unless somebody just drops into our laps.

I agree. It's a must to grab 2 defensive "starters" from this draft, which would mean in the first 3 rounds.

If we trade back and able to acquire an additional top 100 pick, then maybe you can select a WR early.

Randy Moss 2.0? Do you pass on a special but troubled skill position player to take a solid but unspectacular defensive player?

He's a Calvin Johnson if he stays out of trouble. My main issue is, if he does figure it out, could we afford him in 5 years?

Maybe we draft him and flip Twill, Randle and a pick for Peterson after the draft. Maybe we can get Cordarelle Paterson added and that fills the Dwayne Harris role.
