Did Anyone Ask Wade Why He Didn't Go For 2 After The 4th Quarter TDs?...

...I understand not chasing points in the first 3 quarters but halfway through the 4th quarter with only a few more possessions left in the game I thought he would go for 2 when we went up by 13 and then again when we went up by 20 points.

Obviously, it wasn't a big deal, but it seemed like the thing to do at that point in the game.

I think they would do it if it were only a one posession ball game.

Oh come on!! Sorry, but you are being rediculous? Why would he even think of going two points? His team wasn't trailing, but leading. Unless he lacks confidence in his defense, that would be dumb to do.

Just asking a question. I'm not criticizing Wade.

But as poorly as we played at times defensively, when they drove down and cut it to 6 it was not out of the question that they could have come back and scored a TD to take the lead.

I bet the question would have been asked if that had happened.

I agree with you. If you are up by 12 or 13 you are two td's and two extra points put you ahead. So going for two is a good idea. Now, the only reason not to go for 2 poinits is more psychological or momentum impacting. You score a TD but then fail on the two point conversion could give some mo back to TB.

But I agree with you about strongly considering going for two.
