Did anyone see Romo & Gurode go at it on the sidelines after fumble?

This is exactly what Witten and Romo need to do, they are the stars and leaders of the team. If the coaching staff isnt going to ride them, maybe them doing it will have an impact.

This is part of the growth process of Romo. He's 29 but in his third year as a starter. The happy go lucky days are gone, there is a sense of urgency and seriousness about him and he's beginning to demand accountability.

I think he found out yesterday you can smile and laugh and jump around when at the end when you win. Everything else is business, period.

I know what's coming...when's he gonna turn the hat around.

Good for Romo and Witten. It's about time they showed some fire and leadership from within, especially if Wade and Jason Garrett aren't going to.

This is the first time they have ever had the opportunity to.

Hopefully it leads to good things.

Does anyone chew Romo out for his mistakes, that's what I want to see! With that being said, I like the idea of Romo being fired up.

Well according to jed he coches Ball. Why not Gurode?

This whole thread is silly. Everyone knows Romo sucks, plus he did not clear it with Jerry first. Everyone also knows nothing happens on this team without JJ approving it.

We should trade Tony before the deadline.

As bad as it has been all i can say is that we lost to two 5-0 teams and we should of won both of those games! We do not have a head coach and i like seeing witten and romo fire someone up! I loved it when witten ran over and go into it with the refs and haley on the one pentaly it shows some leadership! We have to win this game against Atlanta and i would love to see wade get fired before hand but i don't think its gonna happen!

Gurode means well and he's a good blocker I just don't think he's a "smart center" that's his problem and he's sloppy with his transfer of the ball....I'm sure it won't be the last drop we have from the center to QB I can tolerate Gurode's miscues more than FLO's because with Gurode it doesn't happen very often but with FLO it's like every dam game.

I know that everyone loves to pck on FLOZELL. It is difficult to find a good LT in this league, and coupled with Jery's drafting, it is close to imposible

I'm not sure yelling by anyone will make a difference. I don't think Flo cares enough or is able to stop his nonsense. I doubt Gurode can either. We'll see.

Too many false starts, lackadaisical blocking leading to holding and tripping calls, declining abilities doing the same, and other miscues killing drives. Combine that with no punt returns or turnovers and you have long drives needed to score with drive stopping mistakes.

You have to be really good to overcome that over 60 minutes.

It's not hard to figure out. It's obviously hard to fix it.

Get rid of all those idiots. Tony, the Oline, all of them. they suck. The thing that really sucks is when Jerry Jones dies his kid is going to take over and make all the same foolish moves he learned from dad. We are going to have to resolve ourselves to at least another 40 years of the Cowboys sucking.

Yeah good thing he didnt straighten our Andre Gurode and help him become a top flight center.

Good thing he didnt take a chance on marc columbo and help him rehab and work himself back into a player.

Good thing parcells guy brian gaine didnt identify Kyle kosier as a perfect fit for basically nothing in salary. A guy like kosier a year later would have cost a fortune and we got him for nothing.

Say what you want, but 3/5ths of the line are from the other guys foresight and development.

Simple question, yet it devolves into Coach and Owner bashing. LOL I used to read these threads for information, now I read them to see who is pumping what agenda.

I was not complaining about our O-line.

I am okay with the yelling and the bickering.

At least it shows something, some passion. That's a lot more than we apparently get from the majority of the coaching staff. They should be upset with each other's mistakes and should be on each other because obviously the staff isn't doing it.

I'd rather have that than some stunned disbelief that we were actually losing to the lowly Chiefs for a large portion of the football game.
