Did anyone see Romo & Gurode go at it on the sidelines after fumble?

What I like is that Romo calls out Gurode but what I don´t like is that Gurode doesn´t show any respect to Romo and jumps on him, too.
So I don´t know what to think about this.

What does this mean???? When Romo screws up, what would you say if Andre got in his face? Would you expect Romo to "show respect" and just take it?

Frankly the reason this team has yet to have any leadership from the QB position is because the QB makes just as many mistakes as anyone on the team.

QB on every team takes more crap than any other postion out there he take the brunt of the blame for any and all losses he has the right as the QB to get after a player
