Wouldnt be surprised to see Taco starting or at least paired with Lawrence soon. Lawrence has shown the ability to be very disruptive on the strong side from the 9 gap and Taco's ability to rush from the closer gaps makes for an effective paring. Mayowa is an odd fit with Lawrence on the left side. Mayowa is probably a better pairing with Irving.

Did anyone else notice how small (slim/fit) Stephen Paea looked? He seemed way bigger when he was at Oregon State and when he was with the Bears. Maybe our uniforms and the #55 make him look thinner?

He did seem a lot smaller than the others within the DT group. I was wondering if I was the only one that was thinking that.

Taco has shown no ability to rush. He looked lost out there. I like Tapper's potential more, right now.

He was going to anyway. Scandrick and Carroll were #1 and #2 to start the game. Brown was the #3 CB to start the game and then moved to #2 when Scandrick was out.

I'm not sure, but I did see him on the field once. He was active FOR the game, but not so active IN the game. (bust? there, I said it first. Yes, I know one game doesn't mean much, but a first rounder oughta be playing from the get-go.)

For one, you're just wrong -- he played plenty. Second, what is it with some "fans" and a desire to be the "first" to call a player a bust? I can think of few things sadder.
