Corso, I'm glad you showed up. Maybe you can provide some guidance on the significance of having the LMRA, as opposed to the FAA, as the ruling body in this case. I don't understand all the ins and outs on that but basically, one is Federal and one is more Commercial in nature. LMRA is the preference of the NFLPA so I would assume that it is more favorable to their position but I don't know why, per say. Do you have knowledge on this?

I'm guessing that this is all wrapped up in why the NFL wants this to be judged in NY and not Texas but I don't understand all the implications as to why.
