Did I miss Jerry throwing the coaching staff under the bus?

Jerry is always about propping himself up and making sure everyone knows how the blame lays with someone else.

It's pretty obvious that Jerry is gonna be shopping for a new coach in 2025. It will probably be Zimmer. LOL.

It's the process that never ends -- he'll lay the blame on the poor sap working under him every time.
He'll be sure to replace each victim of his scorn with yet, another one just the same, or much worse. :omg:

Assuming Jerry doesn't force MM to sign an NDA on his way out the door.
Haha well...you have a point there but if there isn't one in place already that may require a keep your mouth shut payment

I legit cannot wait for the stories that are going to come out after this season is over....
This has all happened before.

”The problem for McCarthy was that as the talent drained, he failed to innovate. His scheme went stale and he didn't adapt. As one personnel man puts it, McCarthy "got full off his own juice." He believed his system—not the Packers' absurd amount of talent—was the foundation for the offensive success. But raw rookies cannot bust free one-on-one like, say, Jennings or Nelson or Jones.”

Most GMs will offer a knowledgeable critique of what ails the offense by way of personal knowledge.
Not our studious offensive wizard, otherwise known as Jerry Jones! He'll copy whatever Troy thinks. :muttley:
Meanwhile, the team's head coach known as M.M. simply smiles, and hopes Jerry dies in his sleep! :omg:

I was telling my wife that the other day. McCarthy's scheme needs talent at the WR position to succeed, especially with no run game and lineman who can't hold their blocks for more than a second it seems. We need WR's that just runs their routes and get open quick. Our wr's do too much dancing at the line trying not to get touched. Run your route. And can we have a scheme with less stop routes (hitches and comebacks). I can't wait til next year to see what we do at the head coach and coordinator positions. Can Jerry make a good hire and allow the coach to do his job? stay tuned.

Strange - seems like the exact same thing is happening right now, except that Dallas doesn't have a crap ton of talent that can overcome bad coaching.
