Classic Jerry, the talent (his realm) is good, the plays and concepts (not his realm) are bad. LOL.

I think McCarthy has done the best he can here. 3 12 win seasons. Flawed rosters. Unpredictable QB and defense. Crap drafts. Zero FA. He has done a good job.
