It's a problem many teams seem to have. They draft a guy based on his measurables and what they do at the combine. They come up with all these metrics that some players really stand out on. They neglect what they see on the tape and think they can mold them into great players. More often than not, that doesn't work. Trust your eyes, you can see the tape of them in college. Are they excelling because they have great technique, know what they are doing every play, seem to understand the game or are they just bigger and stronger than the competition and on a much better team? Draft players based off of that, not because some random metric that you came up with makes them seem outstanding.
