Your scenario can't happen. The commish changed the trade terms before it could be approved. Something like we get a fifth not a fourth if it would be higher then what they gave up. We can NOT gain a higher pic the we gave up basicaly. This came out the day of.... or the day after the draft when they finally approved the trade.

How can you penalize a team for signing a player who is reinstated after being punished by the commish? According to the two bozos on that show, we should just shoot pacman and get it over with. While we are at it, execute all felons or at least never give them a chance to work. If Jones does not get a chance to play, what's next? The only chance he has of turning it around involves being on a football team. Give him a chance and stop the rumors.
