He seemed to lose some energy in the booth after Dak went down. He seemed very somber, and like his mind was somewhere else.
He's been through it before multiple times himself as a Cowboy. He seemed to lose some energy in the booth after Dak went down. He seemed very somber, and like his mind was somewhere else.
It wasn't just Romo. That injury sucked the life out of NFL twitter.
I was hoping it was a cramp too by the way Dak was holding his calf. I mean... it took a minute to see his foot was not where it was supposed to be.“Gotta hope that’s a cramp, Jim” While we’re all staring at a foot facing the wrong direction. Worst call ever
Yeah, he was thinking he could and would comeback, but not with that Oline. No thanks. He seemed to lose some energy in the booth after Dak went down. He seemed very somber, and like his mind was somewhere else.
Hearing him in the booth kinda reminded me of some peoples reactions to bad/tragic moments. How sometimes you see a person who is normally very positive and energetic completely down. Reinforces the reality of the situationI think the everyone was. The fans, the announcers, etc.
Prescott comes across like a genuinely good guy. He has played for peanuts over the past four years, he has gone through a lot in his personal life and it was just very sad to see, especially when he started crying on the cart as he knew it was serious and that his season was over. But he should be remembered for his initial reaction after the injury happened. He took it look a man mountain and huge respect to him for that.
Longer term he will get paid somewhere regardless - if Teddy Bridgewater got paid and has come back better than ever after his horrific injuries then so will Dak. Whether that's in Dallas is another question - I think it depends on how well Dalton gets on as it will give everyone an idea of how important Prescott is to this offense.
I was hoping that he was just pointing at his shoe coming off, but I was in denial,, when you see injuries like that, you know its bad.I was hoping it was a cramp too by the way Dak was holding his calf. I mean... it took a minute to see his foot was not where it was supposed to be.
Im fairly certain he wasnt thinking that lolYeah, he was thinking he could and would comeback, but not with that Oline. No thanks.
Tony loves Dak. How could he return to being super excited?
