If he leaves, that's fine, but it kind of rubs me the wrong way that it essentially comes right after we lose the game. Then again, it keeps us from wasting time and lets us find our new coordinator, who will hopefully be here for more than a couple of years.

I have worshiped him this year, ain't gonna lie. We would not have gotten this far without him. HOWEVER, if he really can just end this game and RUN to Tampa... then BYE FELICIA. I dont' want anyone on this team that doesn't WANT to be here. And how ANYONE can leave the COWBOYS - ESPECIALLY after a season like this one for... Tampa? Really? Then go. Leave. It's upsetting but it's ridiculous too.

Houston I agree. If he can't wait to join the armpit of the NFL which is Tampa then its best that he leaves now.

Forget him, if he wants to jump ship to be with his boyfriend Lovie then let him.

I was getting tired of seeing Nick Hayden playing zone pass defense anyway.

Take his sorry, Barry Switzer lookin, DeCamillis walkin self to Tampa. He will retire a loser there!!! He got guys to play and that's about it. Scheme failed and we still had alot of the same problems. Horrible on third down, and no pass rush. I know talent isn't his fault, but you have to adjust...

Good luck to Rod if and when he leaves. He inspired that defense to play far above anyone's expectations.

I like Rod but his soft zone killed us and he never had the balls to really blitz while we pressed the receivers. Sometimes you have to take chances because peg leg killed us by sitting in the pocket all day untouched. Watch next week as he gets destroyed by Seattle.

Like him and Lovie are going to resurrect that flagship called Tampa. Lovie will be gone sooner than later.

What difference does it make? If the guy doesnt want to be here, he shouldnt be.

Exactly. If he wants to bail on what I think is going to be a REALLY good run for the next 3 years or so, good riddance.

He'll be looking for another job after next season when that entire coaching staff is fired because they go 2-14 or something. Screw 'em.

I have have yet to see anything on this other than a PFT tweet 1/2 hr after the game which makes me suspicious.

PFT appears to be the source. That alone makes me wonder how accurate this all is. Besides that, it would be interesting to see how Lovie would handle Leslie Frazier. They're apparently buddies, so to see him fire or demote one friend for another seems a little awkward. Besides that, I've only heard this possibility come up from outside of Tampa. Here in Tampa, I don't hear this being talked about, although I'll guess it will be later today now that PFT is running with it.

you guys should go after Schwartz. Ryan is bringing in his own DC to Buffalo and Schwarz while a jerk as a head coach is actually a pretty good DC.
