Not sure. I expect dlaw to take a step back but the depth seems better. Not sure I can say any unit is for sure better than last year. Oline should be and de could be.

Improvement - DLaw gets better,Taco will rise, Ward is a gamer, Price and Maliek will keep it going until Irving comes back. If Gregory was truly invested in his recovery, then he is motivated and there is not much to keep him down except brief conditioning issues to get back to playing form.

There are more candidates with the potential to improve than we've had in quite a while.

Obviously, the leftover question is whether the needed improvement materializes or not.

The sixty four dollar question.

To be sure . . . we finally got active in the FA market with some candidates who might well blossom.

Lawrence and Taco offer a fair degree of hope for this team. Ealy, and Armstrong are also hopefuls.

You've also previously named Ward, Maliek, Price and Gregory, so the list is certainly not hopeless.

Needless to say, getting David Irving back after his four game suspension won't hurt us at all either.
