Did Trevon Diggs tear his ACL practicing indoors (turf) or outside (grass)?

I sat there and watched my daughters doctor demonstrate on her good acl after tearing the other. He told us if she didn't pt it would happen again. Guess who didn't pt?
?
Sorry about your daughter. I'm not sure how this relates to your original post. Or, exactly what you are saying other than do your PT when you're told after injury. There is so much missing between points A & B here.

You definitely don't validate your blanket statement that Overshown' s knee was doomed. The qualifier that "or, he caught it just wrong" shows that you are not confident in your statement either as you present an alternative that, in a very general sense, is going to be universally true. Kudos.

The only reason the rates are higher on turf over grass is because more stadiums are turf over grass.
Some pundits want to skew the numbers though.

It seems there are more turf stadiums though, are there?. Even in college possibly, for the bigger programs?
15 stadiums have grass, and 15 stadiums have turf.

My point is the surgeon demonstrated how naturally lose her acl was, on her healthy knee.

He told me he wasn't suprised her acl gave out. He then reinforced that by telling her she would need to do pt to strengthen the ligaments and hopefully avoid a future injury.

My knee for example, does not have the same amount of play in it. I'm not looking at a medical journal. I'm relaying what I was told and demonstrated by the surgeon.

Some twist, cuts, stops, starts etc will blow out one man's knee, but do nothing to another man. So it does seem logical we are built differently and some of us more predisposed to such an injury. Which makes me think of Overshown because his mechanism of injury was almost nothing.

But hey, I'm not the surgeon.

Does anyone know? Appreciate any accurate information. Could answer some questions.
Why does it matter? I've seen more ACL, PCL, and the other torn on grass than turf, more knee injuries. so all that turf is worse is BS!!!

Are you sure?

It matters because the players have been complaining about turn since their cleats get stuck on turf, thus forcing much more pressure on their joints, muscles, etc.

I thought the field at the Star was grass and is on a roller system that moves it indoors and outdoors.

Well guess you were wanting to go on a rant about turf guess that got blown up. Well you can always go back to talking how great electric cars are.
What an idiotic comment to make such libelous accusations against one without any proof of evidence. Speaks greatly about your character...or lack of it. Show me where I've ever mentioned I like electric cars? I actually despise them.

As for the turf vs grass argument, I side with the players since they are the ones affected and who overwhelmingly support grass over turf football fields. The data even supports it. From 2018 - 2022, non-direct contact injuries were on average much higher on turf fields than on grass fields...

Unless you enjoy making a total fool of yourself, next time do some research before commenting on such important matters that affect football players, and definitely provide evidence before falsely accusing anyone of supporting a delicate matter that affects everyone today on a personal and financial level.
