Did anyone else notice on the last "hail mary" play of the game that one of our linemen dove and hit Cousin's low in the legs, but I'm not sure if he knocked him down or not. We've all seen that call made before.

I don't think so, but the you can only see it from a long distance TV shot. He looked like he was just making a desperation jump to pressure Cousin.

I saw the same thing yesterday and, yes, I think we got away with one. Like others have said, poetic justice for all the non-calls but yeah, the defender dove right at the back of his legs.

1) Mayowa was held. Should have been a flag.

2) Cousins was hit below the knees. Should have been a flag.

3) Wilcox tried to intercept the ball instead of knocking it down and had it been a few inches lower may have tipped it back into play.

4) Dallas played man with deep safeties and one linebacker which is the smart way to defense hail mary plays.

I was thinking the Skins were gonna run a short pass and lateral play when they saw how far back were playing. We played it well.

Thats OK our RDE was held for about 3 seconds, it all evened out.

I especially cringed at that one... that's how a ball ends up getting volleyballed around right before a tragic end. Dang. I'm one of Wilcox' fans... not always of his play, but I want him to do well.... but he's got to be smarter than that, doesn't he?

The refs must have wanted to go home because there was a clear hold on Mayowa and a potential roughing the passer (tackling QB low...) that could have been called giving them another shot at a much more managble distance.
