When Garret took over we were told we were rebuilding during those 8-8 seasons. Besides oline, what other positions have we actually gotten better at?
We have not made big improvents at the wr, rb, and te position.
Our dline besides Hardy seems to be a bunch of jags, jury still out on Gregory. Secondary and Lbs havent made big improvments, so did we rebuild?

Team at the moment has an injured starting QB backed up by two third stringers and a future CFL player. It also lacks play makers on offense with Dez out. That being said I do think Belicheat has this team at 4-2 right now at least.

Nope. 5 years in and one winning season. Quinn can turn a Falcons team around in one year (who were 10-22 the last two years).

I was hoping this was brought up. Of course the diehard Garrett supporters will say that Atlanta had big time talent in place and just needed a new voice to get them straightened out. Hey, maybe thats what Dallas needs!?

Garrett will be fired shortly after Romo retires. He will have a hard time finding a job in the NFL as anything more than a QB coach.

Team is significantly more talented than the division opponents. That's the first step and is acknowledged by pretty much everyone but the haters and half of our own fanbase. Nothing that happens in these games is informative to how this team was assembled outside of the huge miss at backup QB because not having your two best players changes the totem pole across the offense and changes the way you're playing defense.

this is a failure of the front office imo.they thought Weeden could play when everybody knew he was the worst QB to play the game. They also failed to draft WRs to make sure we dont falter If Dez goe down, look at Gb ,they draft a Wr every year and we have thrown a token 3rd RD pick on Twill who cant step up to be your top guy.The coming draft we have to make sure we draft a QB and WR who are our future .

Garrett is not a good coach from a scheme standpoint.

Today though I felt like the coaches were fine and this one is on the players.

meh you could argue the offensive coaches still don't have a good feel on the game right now. 2nd and 3 you run the ball down on the goalline on the 1st drive. on the final drive, you run again on 2nd down considering it was 4 down territory. this was a game where a little more conservatism was needed, instead they save that philosophy for the high flying patriots. doesn't make sense.

Yes Dallas has rebuilt to answer the question. But...the rebuild is not complete until they own both sides of the line of scrimmage. Only way it happens is if Dallas can stop the run consistently
