Just curious who thinks we did.....I for one think we did. Right after they saw the Commanders/Eagles win....it was all for the draft pick.Tell tell signs like McClain tapping out.....Refusing to play the other QB after Cassell struggled. The lack of blitzing on defense. Playing soft in coverage....the really poor tackling. Jerry, Stephen and the Ginger will say the politically correct things in the media....but I think your starting to see they are already playing for 2016.... and the high draft pick. ..

I don't think they tanked. I think we just got out coached again.Without Romo and being out coached will not win you ball games in Green Bay or any where else.

Why would any player start tanking?
What do they have to gain by purposely missing tackles or not getting sacks ect?
The players on the team don't want us to draft a higher draft pick.

It would be like you gaining weight and treating your girlfriend/wife like crap and then bringing Brad Pitt around her.

I don't think we tank. The game was in reach for pretty much 3 quarters. Our D got wore out and that is it.

Exactly. That was like watching a chess match between a pro and a monkey. Dallas had no answer to what Green Bay was doing on both sides of the ball all game, it's terrible coaching. They didn't even try something different, much like the Atlanta game..

Nope, they just are not that good. They have been spanked pretty good by the top teams in the league and only managed wins against teams under .500. They are possibly the worst team in the league right now, but they play in the most laughable division in football so it has inflated their record.

No. I think the players and coaches have a little more professional pride than average fans give them credit for and realize, hopefully, that they are auditioning for next year whether it's for the Cowboys or some other team.

No we didnt start tanking....I think the defense played well in the first half. We have to face facts and i know it is hard for some,we just arent that good. There is only so many ways to say it. We came up against a better team and we lost. Unfortunately we have to sit here and take it until JERRY decides enough is enough. My problem is ROMO is getting up there,,often injured and if this is what we are facing the day he puts the uniform one last time then folks we are in deep deep DOO DOO!!! I said this before...next year will be the cry of ROMO is BACK all is ok...no it isnt ok. A few people said it on the boards last night...they went down 14 you knew the game was over...all that was left was watch the trainwreck transform itself in front of your eyes. Come SAT night against the defense of the jets what do you think is going to happen. All i can say is at least come sunday i can watch football without getting sick to my stomach. It's embarrassing folks.

Isnt that the truth!!! Very hard at this point in time to differentiate between tanking and just being awful.

They didn't tank, they played up to their normal level. Saying they tanked is cop-out because people don't want to admit the team is not good.

What would motivate a player to tank for a higher draft pick? The draft picks sole purpose is take the place of a player all ready on the team. What would motivate a coach to tank? The worse the record, the more likely he gets canned. Not buying what you are selling.
