So we have the Vikings up next.....seeing that just Dominated the Eagles team this season...thats not a Bad team by any means...how far off are they from the vikings team?

Defense? I gotta give the edge too the eagles...i think their secondary and blitz...is a lil better

D? Eagles> Vikings

Wr's and TE? Rice is a damn problem..more than Jackson IMO...but Berrian and Shiancoe are good but they dont scare me....and Celek i feel has a small edge on him....

WR's and TE? Eagles=Vikings....if i had too choose, id go Vikings, becaise of Rice....

QB's? Favre> Mcnabb.......only difference is Favre wont be breaking tackles and out running people like mcnabb

RB? obviously vikings, we gotta stop Adrian hes a threat

what do you guys think? i dont know the Vikings that well

But imo there D is weaker.....so i feel we match up good there

One of the biggest differences is that the Vikings are playing at home, and I think they are undefeated thus far (for this season).

We are going to have to be especially mentally tough to win that game.

Minnesota's Defensive Line is what is going to give us the biggest trouble. If we can keep Romo clean then we have a very good chance at winning.

McNabb actually scared me more than Favre because of his recent playoff success. I remember what this defense did to Favre the last time they squared off in a big game.

I expect a similar performance.

I just hope they aren't happy to be there because of all the pressure to end the streak.

Basically the diffrence between the birds and the Bi-Queens is @ QB ...

McFlabb and Favre

Minny has a better OL, but Farve is not mobile. We will be able to attack a point and get some pressure.

Minni better have a good O line bc as others have said here, if Favre was playing tonight we likely would have had 10 sacks.

The vikings aren't as one dimensional as the eagles offense. They can go deep but they have enough possession receivers to dink and dunk. They also have a great rb so that will also be a challenge.

Um, yeah, because their running games are pretty much the same.

You don't run on Pat Williams and Kevin Williams

You've got to be kidding me.

They also have this guy called Adrian Peterson in the backfield.

If your talkin about Petterson, dude had a soft year IMO.. i would have expected more from him with Favre in the backfield.. we can handle peterson trust!

MIN has problems at OT, but their WRs are very good, Favre's playing better QB, and their running game is excellent.

On defense, they're hard to run against, but their secondary--especially their safeties--are suspect. They've largely fixed their ST problems, though they cropped back up again unexpectedly against the Bears.

They're a completely different team at home, though. I expect beating them in the Metrodome will be a similar challenge to beating the Saints in the Superdome.

Put Jenkins on Rice and Tnew on Harvin. Let Sensy play near line of scrimmage and Hamlin play deep. Rice and Harvin wont get deep on us. Super Barbie can handle Shiancoe one-on-one

The Vikings are better at pretty much every position except maybe ST. They are also very different in that Favre isn't as mobile but his line is much better.
Jared Allen is as close to a DWare as you will find. A game changer. AD is a huge threat.
It is a good matchup for the Cowboys though imo.

Scandrick on Berrian? And then expect our front to handle Adrian Peterson and Chester Taylor? They've got a really good offensive team when they're playing well.

lol count him out if you want. Teams game plan him first, bet your ***.

Vikes basically run the same offense except they do some power runs more because of AD. But they don't like to run it near as much as they should. In recent games they've tended to try and spread it out and use the passing game more. If they get away from the run we should handle them.

Adrian Peterson is the biggest difference... Dallas must bring their big boy pants for next week's game!

Just heard Trent Dilfer say the Cowboys pose a huge matchup problem for the Vikings.
