I didn't get to watch the game, what were the differences in offense that Linehan hinted at?

I don't care about analysis like, "Dak played good, Dak didnt suck, Zeke played good, they completed passes". I can tell that from the box score.

Did they switch up routes, get creative, what offensive packages did it look like they ran moreso, type of blocking, etc?

Dak took more shots down the field. Even when the guy looked covered.

Went up tempo a couple of times. Not as much as I would like, but better.

Got the ball to Zeke out in space.

Blocking up front was far better than previous games.

Detroit really missed Ansah today

In a nutshell:

1) The offensive line played much better this week. They pass protected and they picked up all the blitzes..

2) .. which led to Dak having more time and going down field more. He made several very good throws to hit Gallup, Hurns, Beasley and Swaim. Austin dropped a touchdown pass in the end zone that hit him right in the chest

3) That ability to get the ball down the field and back up the safeties was huge and opened up running lanes for Zeke, who had 230+ total yards

Had Austin caught that ball, I think that would've put Dak at or around 300+yds passing.

It was all tempo. Sometimes it was no huddle but even when they did huddle they got to the line at 20 seconds and didn’t let the defense rest until 1 left on the clock.

Dak was able to be more instinctual. Combine that with Zeke wearing them out and it’s the recipe to follow all season

Zeke was effective today which opened up the game. Dak challenged the defense deep multiple times connecting on 3. The play action game helped Dak quite a bit as well today. It really didn’t seem like much was different today other than they executed better. Still a bunch of multiple TE sets for example. The main difference is they got Zeke going and he carried them to a win in both the running and passing game.

Play action was one reason why Dak was successful in 2016. Don't know why we don't use it more often.

There was considerably more misdirection on run plays. They involved Zeke in the passing game more.

Missing were a few things...

Play Action, Jet Sweeps and the three running plays that Dak should run every game at least once...

better protection.
more slants
lots of no huddle
more motion including some trickery like a pass to zeke off a fake jet sweep
quite a few long passes/attempts
a few drops that should have converted to 14 points.
still too many 2-te set runs for me
