Fish was saying it back February. I see no other reason for not signing Henry. Henry was sitting right there and they intentionally did nothing.

You don’t see a reason because you do not think about football like the current GM. They probably felt that if the offensive line performed well, that Dowdle would do fine in producing well enough at a cheap price (I actually agree-the problem is the offensive line run blocking more than the RB personnel). I agree Henry is an upgrade, but I do not believe his production here would look anything like his production in Baltimore (taking handoffs from Lamar makes it much easier on Henry because of the focus Lamar gets from the defense-plus their offensive line run blocks considerably better).
