Another quitter
Shocker got paid
Expect starters to sit
Quietly tanking

All that got posted about Diggs just this morning. He's hurt. It's that simple. No conspiracy theory. Needs surgery.
"Holy Jay Ratliff Batman!" ... not saying he's a quitter but ever since he got his contract extension he has been injured.. legitimately but still.

Point spread changes for tomorrow. Carolina even more favored now.

With our luck it'll be Parsons next. I don't know why we are rushing players back, the season was done after Dak went down.
You really have to ask this? Answer: Fans ( those that are delusional) still want to win and believe their was a playoff chance. Plus, Big Mike is coaching for his job and Jerry sells his FOOLS GOLD

This could have been a special season had we stayed healthy.

Run it back.

Is he? Looks more like he decided to quit (like his buddy Dak), but whatever

To be fair, a lot of players get surgeries during the offseason for a variety of things such as cartilage cleanup, bonespur removal, etc.

Given that Diggs was coming off a serious injury from last year, he may need some cleanup for it as well.

My point is that just because he's opting for surgery now does not mean it was required now, but him choosing to deal with it now to get ready earlier for next season.

The real question (which we will never know) is if the Cowboys were on a Super Bowl run, would Diggs be getting season-ending surgery or was this just a convenient reason for him to abandon a sinking ship early.

I am hoping since he already got his new contract and he had a disappointing season based on that contract, he's focusing on trying to get himself in the best position to have a much better 2025 season.

If that is the case, it is hard to fault him for that.

100%. That's a perfect summary of where we are with it. My intuition is he'd be playing if there was something worth playing for. There's zero point in pushing the injured guys as well as it often leads them to putting bad film out there. Which is why I hope they were ultra conservative with Fergusons concussion.

I wonder if this surgery could've waited if the team was good or Diggs was having a good season.

One thing I would hope we can agree on, we need more corners. It should be priority #1 in the offseason. Over head coach or even family.

We can be pretty sure he didn't injure himself with a forceful tackle.

Maybe in trying to avoid contact.

Trade him before he takes the field again if you can. Whatever value he has will just be wasted here anyway until they fix the big issues.
