Diggs Rehabbing

I’m glad he’s rehabbing and we need him back. On a personal note, anyone who uses those bands, you definitely want to wear safety googles. In 2010 I was working out with one and it snapped and the whiplash hit my eyes and I went blind instantly. Broke 2 blood vessels in each eye and was blind for a month. They had to put these silicone pumps in my eyes to pump out the blood. Fortunately I completely recovered. But every time I see someone that close to a band without safety glasses I cringe. That’s so dangerous.

On the funny side. My eye doctor who did 3 surgeries in 4 days to save my sight injured himself in the exact same manner with the same type of band and he needed surgery. He got his eyesight back too. On my yearly follow ups I bring him a pair of safety googles as a joke.

Trevon is doing the right thing if he's staying faithful to his rehab regimen. He won't be sorry if he does. I'm sure any competent trainer has mentioned that to him. Here's hoping he listens well and is patient, as well as dedicated. He's needed back on the field and in live action, ASAP. Experience matters.

Always liked Diggs . His enthusiasm was infectious . After another pick Al Harris would celebrate with the student . The man can cover receivers now tackling leave that to the Linebackers…
Should we place a LB next to Diggs to do the tackling for him?

Very very good info, never thought about it but mine are getting old.

Hope his rehab goes well…but I don’t think he will ever be the same player.
Lots of $$$ left on his contract.

The agents want their cut.

Likely the reason we are seeing more videos.

Hope Diggs put some $$$ away.

I intuitively like the sound of Valgus better

I once asked a girlfriend of mine if she ever went to school with a Harry Valgus but she said, "not until High School".
So thankful your response landed where it did.

With Valgus being the focal point, and with your comment starting with, “I once asked a girlfriend of mine”, I winced at where you headed.

Seriously though, the Varus force is a force that pushes outward from the knee. Lateral movements basically. Just figured if he was working one force the counter move would be introduced at some point.

Love him or hate him, it doesn't matter.

We need Diggs to return to the field as soon as possible because corner is still a huge question mark for us. We simply need numbers. Revel will likely be PUP'd the first six weeks of the season (or whatever it is). I don't have a lot of faith in our other corners.

I'm glad he seemingly looks to be on track with his rehab.

I respect the information for sure and definitely didn't mean to diminish it.

I was raised in NJ in the 80s so I have a proclivity to inject good cheer into the most serious of discussions.

Alas, its my cross to bear.......

From what I've read, I think Revel will be placed on PUP at the start of camp but is expected to be taken off PUP during camp. Of course, since he's a rookie that could slow his start to the season. But unlike Diggs, I don't think he's actually expected to miss any games.

Still, even with Revel, we don't have a lot of proven corners with Diggs out and Lewis gone. We got Elam for cheap to give him a chance but he was a bust in Buffalo.
