Don't get me wrong, im as excited as the next guy about this HUGE win. But this is the second game in a row that Ware has gotten a sack early in the game, then vanished from existence the rest of the way. Are teams really paying that much attention to him, is he getting satisfied with the early sack, getting tired, what? BTW what could Jerry Jones possibly have been telling Peerless there at the end of the game?

He was double teamed nearly every play after he got that sack. He played well!

Ya think maybe the Eagles made an adjustment early to stop him.

Like having Westbrook chip him so he wasn't unimpeded to the quarterback?

I believe Aikman spoke about this.

By the way, he is on pace for 12 sacks this season.

Eleven got Suggs DROY.

Actually, he had a few pressures on McNabb in the first half. He caused the sack by Ellis and Ratliff with his pressure.

I clearly said dont get me wrong, im VERY happy with the way he played. And it was a simple question, was he getting a lot of attention because I didn't really notice, I just didn't see as much pressure from his as I did other guys, im sure he did play well I just wanted to know why he wasn't getting as much pressure

Ware is forcing teams to make adjustments.

He's certainly more of an impact player than "the freak".

Nice thread - some folks will think of anything to complain about. They did double team Ware after that first sack nearly every play the rest of the game.

I think the kids right where he should be right now. Being a disruptive force and learning the game every week. I love it

Even though he didn't get any more sacks he was around McNabb several times. McNabb was trying to get away from Ware when he was caught by Ratliff and Ellis. I don't know how many pressures he will be credited with but the Eagles definitely knew Ware was there even if some fans might not have.

I think another thing about Ware's performance is that he maintained his pass rush lane thus not giving McNabb many chances to make plays by getting outside of his contain.

He used mostly bullrushes and managed to pull Tra Thomas back into McNabb a few times causing rushed throws and not giving him the opportunity to step up and deliver the pass with authority.

He also got held a few times but no calls.

I saw some crazy holding on S. Andrews out there and no calls. Im just glad those no calls didnt cost Dallas much.

Still I expect better of the refs. This year they seem to be missing alot of important calls but are calling alot of the ticky tack stuff. /shrug

Also if Williams didnt get Mcnabb on that one sack, Ware had him all the way and would been 2 as he made his man look silly. Coulda been 2, atleast i saw him on that play.

He was pushing Thomas around, teams are adjusting . He is a rookie and will only get better once he learns the game more. JJ tol PP "man I cant believe I am paying you all that money to be on the sidelines every week" what a great country we live in kid HuH!
