Disappointed no realistic/potential heir apparent after Romo to watch tonight

Manziel was at the top of the draft board. It's at a position of uncertainty, at best. He should have been the pick.

I agree. Should have been the pick to sit behind Romo for 3-4 years. Yippy! If WE need a QB that bad, we'll draft one next year in the 1st.

Weeden can play, but our backups on OL absolutely suck. He's getting killed out there.
Put him behind the starting OL with the starting receivers, and he will be fine as a backup. Even our RBs looked awful behind our OL. Parnell has to go. He has regressed...absolutely terrible.

Id like to see one drafted in the 2nd/3rd/4th next year. Someone to develop for a few years. Im not a fan of these QBs coming in and being the guy less than a year out of college.

Heir apparent? Are you serious? It's hard enough in today's NFL to just have a capable backup let alone someone waiting in the wings. Speaking of backups, do you think any Ravens' fans would be happy to see Tyrod Taylor or Wenning come in if Flacco gets hurt?

Parnell has no business being a LT, maybe a RT but left tackle he was getting abused. I have not seen Parnell play RT yet this season. I really like what I see from Vaughn. I know he does not have the pedigree and he is playing against bubble players and such but he has something that I can't put my finger on just yet.

Oh well nothing can be done now. Just have to hope Romo stays healthy or it's going to be a long season. If he goes down then we should be able to draft a good QB.
