Discipline and Leadership - not talent

I keep seeing post after post and articles from morons like Mosley stating we don't have good enough WR's or secondary or OL depth to win. Blah, blah, blah, what we lack on this team to win a super bowl is plain and simple.....we lack discipline and leadership. Not one person can honestly say we don't have enough talent to win a Super Bowl. If you take this same roster and put Tony Dungy or Belicheck or Cowher as the head coach, every sports writer in America would pick us to win the Super Bowl.

The false starts and procedure penalties play after play on offense and the finger pointing by the secondary after a missed play clearly shows this team is not focused both in the film room and the practice field. This fault lies with both the players and coaches.

I've said it a million times that I don't see one leader on this team. I see a bunch of players but not one person who stands up and holds the team accountable for their actions. Until we get a coach who will do this and get some players to police themselves we will never reach our 6th Super Bowl.

I've been a Cowboy fan for 32 years and will always stand by America's Team but it's very frustrating to see all the talent on this team and their window closing because they can't figure out the small things it takes to win.

How is the window closing exactly ?

There is a lot of young talent on the team and with that magic word "upside".

Why not just start the thread and title it, "I think Wade is soft and not a leader" ?

If you want certain players to be better leaders, why not just call them out and say so.

Of Mosely has an opinion the talent at specific positions isn't enough to win, and that makes him a moron.

Why doesn't your opinion it's merely discipline and leadership mean you're a moron?
