I agree. I would pay for 1 team, maybe. Because like I said in my last post, the only Cowboys game no aired by me last year was against the Falcons. Usually it's two games. I don't know how much I want to pay for that.

I have a question. DirecTV required you to get their service for Sunday Ticket. But there was an exception. If for whatever reason you weren't allowed DirecTV where you lived, say an apartment building, then they would still sell you Sunday Ticket. I had to actually input my address. So how do they give you the service if they can't install the dish?
Not sure
Unless it was streamed
I’ve never had direct
I worked in the cable industry for many years so got my cable free. The cable industry is really looking at streaming type services to see select packages
It’s not simple though. Many networks like a Disney owns so many different channels they don’t want to sell individual channels because it would take customers from their streaming service
I get all cowboy games but there are a few other teams I enjoy watching. I enjoy watching the chiefs and I’d pay a fee to watch their games but not hundreds of dollars

You download the NFL Ticket app on your phone or computer and cast to a smart tv , or watch on your computer or phone.

If you happen to have a child enrolled in college you can open an account in their name at a significant savings, of course if DIRECTV loses the package then all the above is useless

Amazon prime. MeTV is free. All my westerns. Lol An Amazon prime comes with Disney. I don’t think you need to pay for Hulu you can get it for free. Just have to search other streaming market

I get Hulu free, with my phone carrier, T-moblie.

I was with AT&T for over 20 years. They kept raising my rate, for unlimited, to $117 a month, and would not deal or give me a price break. Only said to reduce my bill, get on a lesser plan with limited dat usage and minutes.
And after I received a letter saying they did not increase my payment for several years after being a loyal customer, the raised it $5, then the next year, then kept increasing. From $90 to $117 in 2 years.
Was paying $6.47 for Hulu.

Went on a plan with a family member, added to Sprint / T-Moblie, for unlimited data, plus 50 GB hotspot and free Hulu for $50 a month (price for splitting 3 ways). Saved me $73.47 a month.

I use DAZN and get every football game and redzone for 20 bucks a month lol.
Can you explain? How are the streams legal? Or if they’re not are they reliable. I can’t be fiddling for a stream in the middle of the game.

I’ve never had an issue. Dazn has a contract with the nfl. There’s also a lot of soccer and boxing on it as well. I am also in Canada so it may not be the same for my American brethren

I subscribe to NFL Gamepass - they show games live if you are outside of the US. I use a VPN client, say I'm streaming from someplace like Thailand and voila, live game with my GamePass sub.

Screencast to my tv and I'm set.

I got my e-mail yesterday, so I am getting NFL ST Max free also. For the 4th year in row now, as well 6 of the last 7 years. The past 2 years I did not have to call to ask for it.
I had it from 1997 through 2014 (paid) (skipped 2005 as I was out of the country for work), skipped 2015, free 2016-17, they would not give it to me in 2018, then got it free since.
I was told back in May, they usually give it to customers with the premium or above TV packages.

I believe because they been losing so many customers lately, they give it free to keep the current customers for at least through the football season.
I kind of hope DTV gets to keep it so I can keep getting it free.
And it is only for the satellite subscribers, not the streaming service.
I've gotten it for free for the past three years. I too hope this cushy arrangement can continue.
But I doubt I'm going to pay $300 for it wherever it lands.

What can go good for you if you ask for the Cancellation dept .. not Customer Care Dept.
and request cancellation, the Cancellation dept will try to break a deal with you before you make it official to cancel .

Cancellation dept have even told me that they have more control and flexibility to arrange bargain deals and offers than
Customer Care Service dept.

Several times before i eventually left DirectTV for good ( for sake of streaming before ATT/Direct TV finally caught on to streaming)
Direct TV Cancellation Dept offered me ..either free NFL Sunday Ticket ..and twice with a one time fee of $70 bucks for 5 months (covered entire NFL season)
That's how I used to do it too.

there are no legal streams of nfl games not on your local network or the nationally televised games.
Those streams are pretty reliable.
