DJ Fluker anyone?

I lost some NCAA bets and I still don't like the Jones boys.

Bring him to camp
See how he does
No real risk
It’s not like he’s gonna get a big cobtract
Vet min with maybe some incentives
If he doesn’t work out in camp just cut him
Might be a bit tall to play guard though

Same 6’5” as our last one.

Good point lol
I like shorter guards but I don’t see any risk in looking at him in camp
If he struggles you just cut him
Nothing to lose really
That’s my thinking. High potential upside, low risk.

Fluker is 3/8" taller than Zack Martin.

Fluker is the same height as Tyler Smith.

Kevin Gogan was 6’7”-6’8” depending on the source. He was part of the greatest OL in NFL history IMO. Those 3-4 inches didn’t matter when he was playing guard.

I say yes. Anyone with that kind of passion and dedication deserves a shot. Plus... that dedication coupled with being a physical beast should equal in win win.

Good to see he still has the work ethic he had on display at Alabama. He was legend in their weight room. He has huge hips and wasn't a turner in his prime. As people have mentioned you have to wonder if there is any power in that bubble.

For a song? Sure.

The former 1st round pick is attempting a comeback and working out at Alabama’s pro day. It’s reported that Cowboys coaches are there anyway.

He also has history with O-line coach Mike Solari as well.

I’d give him a shot at our left guard position.

“He’s a physical football player and he brings passion and he brings an energy and a physicality that you want on your offensive line,” Solari said. “You want that physical-ness, you want that toughness on your offensive line, and he brings it.”
