I have made my opinion clear on the owner GM of this team. But I also have seen how he does take care of his players. Contracts aside.
If Dlaw had gone to him and asked, I have no doubt NGM would have made sure he had excellent financial advice.

Financial advice is already given to all rooks. Pretty sure it's mandatory.

Here's the thing,

you say that though,

the last time I checked, and I know people break the rules or the rules are flexible,

we're supposed to be talking about Cowboys related stuff actual Dallas Cowboys stuff on the main page,

see this is what you guys can do you can put it in NFL news ,or unrelated news ,and you guys don't have to put all these non-cowboy stories on the front page...

this is the Cowboys zone not the NFL zone, you see that there's different parts of this place...

So, when I open it up my expectations is we're going to be discussing Cowboys, and it should be related to the Cowboys, just because D Law or Parsons used to play for the Cowboys, that's not Cowboys news anymore.


I realize it's a slow time, but I'm tired of hearing about how I don't have to read it,

I'm not supposed to see it, when we signed up here, we're under the impression only Cowboys related stories went in this section, and now if you want to do 6 degrees of separation because we're playing them or there's a trade about to happen between the two teams, OK, there's some flexibility there,

but I don't think you realize how frustrating it is for us to have to see these headlines clogging up the front page about players we no longer like or follow and about games we don't want to follow like the Super Bowl, doesn't have a team in it, that has any cowboy relation at all,

and yet here we're hearing stories about Jim Swartz and the Eagles coaches and other things that have nothing to do with us.

Of course, I don't have to read it ,

but I think that we should not have to even see it because there are Many other sections that that stuff should be put in and again, I'm not in control of it.

so, I'm not going to force it, but I am going to complain about it, there's too many.

how is Jim Swartz have anything to do with the Cowboys and yeah he's on our front page story about him retiring is news this is not the news section this is the Cowboys news section, and again I see where the Eagles in our division, but why do we have to talk about the Eagles coaching situation because it doesn't matter now, until it's worked out..


when we have the whole story Also tank being in the Super Bowl and the revenge that really is not cowboy related, I know you can try to link that one but it's just not OK with me,

therefore, I'll complain about it so you continue to put it up and I'm going to open it and complain about it...

True but I'm pretty sure each of them has access to a financial adviser via their agents. I think it's mostly young and immature, where a lot of them start growing up a bit after a few years.

How are former Cowboys not Cowboy related topics? If this is the case I hope you don't ever bring up Troy Aikman or Emmitt Smith at all.

As other have said though you don't have to click on the threads...this one was titled "DLaw went broke during his 3rd season"....Its not like there was a huge question about the content of this thread. And if you do click on it you certainly dont have to make 6 posts within the thread you don't want to discuss. . Honestly if it wasnt for your involvement in this thread its probably approaching pg 2 territory and a thing of the past by now.
