I'm pretty sure he and Dez have only faced off once before. Dez had 94 yds and a TD.

Today Peterson got a lot of help and got away with a lot also. That flag wasn't the first time Peterson grabbed Bryant's mask. Plus Bryant frequently had Peterson beat, but Weeden with bad throws.

Amen. Romo was best on the sideline...as many times as Weeden was knocked down, we may have lost Romo for the year. OL wasn't great today...WRs were putrid--no one could get open and eventually Williams and Dez were so focused on the DB they weren't just running routes and looking for the ball. Horrible game for Dez...looked like a rookie running routes and dropped quite a few.

Derek Carr has to go....I'm not sure we should even want him on a pay cut....the dude continues to struggle every week. And the search for a safety who can actually over continues...time to give Hamilton a shot.

I think the team will be healthier after the bye week. Plus the starting o line should be back together and healthy for the final push.

We allowed far too many third-and-long conversions.

Up until the second half last week, we had been great on offensive third downs and good enough on defensive third downs. Since then, we've been terrible on third downs offensively and defensively, which might be the main reason we've lost two straight

It's also why we're looking like last year's team suddenly. Frustrating to watch those 3rd and longs getting converted over and over in a single drive.

EDIT: crowd was helpful at times, though, today. That was nice to hear.

blocked FG... a pick in the redzone... 3rd and 2 with everyone running downfield and Weeden can't make 2 yards... that terrible 4th down play...

He's a good player. He's probably a top 12 receiver but he's not top 5 and he darn sure isn't the best.
