Agreed. But Camps also had no chance. Those were some of the worst teams I've ever seen us field in all my years as a fan.

True....but I'll never forget all the times he looked completely lost on the field.

While everyone is busy kissing Campo's *** I keep my eyes on #38 to see how he plays.

yeah... I thought that the rookie Roy W. could cover pretty well... Oh, how I remember when teams feared him.

Campo is really in his element with this job,and he knows it. He's like a kid in a candy store. This is great for us!!!

man I would be bummed If Henry has the best hands of all our Cornerbacks.

Once they do show up, Campo looks to have a stacked deck at corner -- with Terence Newman, Anthony Henry and Pacman Jones (if he's reinstated), going with Jenkins and Scandrick. The competition for jobs and snaps at that spot, Campo says, is good for everyone.
Wow, I like the sound of that. it's optimistic, but I like it. If things work out, we used this off-season to turn this into a real position of strength. That can only make the guys up front even better.

Interesting you say that, because Bill Parcells took the same slop to 10-6 the following season. In fact, that turned out to be a bad thing, because it convinced Jerry not to dive into free agency the following year.

Campo is just not head coach material. But he should be a very good positional coach.
