I just think this team needs someone with his fire and passion, I don't see anyone on Dallas like that.

I don't think the team lacks emotions, no one questioned that when we were on winning streaks this past season. Dallas making stupid mistake is what hurt them not the lack of fire. Giants did not beat us because they were more fired up they beat us because they made fewer mistakes than we did.

Apparently you didn't see Ware get fired up a lot toward the end of the year when he'd get a sack or something. That said I do sorta see where you're coming from.

We could use a guy whose fired up, all the time, not necassarily after a big play. I'm not wanting Ray Lewis, it's about 5 years too late for that (as far as signing him for any sort of big money goes), but a guy with that type of fire in the lockerroom and on the field.

A Michael Irvin, emotional lighting rod, to get your team going, type. But, hey, maybe we already have a guy like that and that person just needs to come out of their shell a bit.

I'm with you though. I'd like to see a little more fiery leadership from some of our guys.

I hope not Ray Lewis will be entering his 13th season in the NFL and Dallas does not need to pay out big money for a guy on the downside of his career.

Ray Lewis said yesterday on Total Access that he was staying a Raven, and there appeared to be no doubt in his mind of this.

I hope that is the case. I think Ray Lewis has been a excellent player in his career and I'm glad to see him be able to begin and end his career with the same team.
