Gotta correct myself on one thing. Only the first team he started against was a weak sister (Pittsburgh 5-8), the rest had winning records.

But his numbers were 68-137, 49.6, 5 TD's 2 int. in 4 starts.

In the Philly WIN he was 9-31

Steve Beuerlein led us to the playoffs in 1991 when Aikman went down with an injury. Randall Cunningham stepped in as a backup QB for us and did fairly well.

Number aren't jinxed any more than colors are.

Randall was 1-4 as a Cowboy and looked disinterested in playing from what I remember.

Then what about playing in Miami this year for the Super Bowl where we are 0-3?

You've hinted at that "curse" before, or omen, but I think they're almost the same.
