Said in jest....yet its true. You chide those that believe the best in the business, yet applaud those that don't. Makes perfect sense.

I look at the consensus. You could have 20 "experts" not have Brewster in the first three rounds and 2 will have him their yet the 20 are said to be wrong and the other 2 are supposed to be right. makes perfect sense

Hey I most definitely hope that Gosselin, Jerry and the one other expert are all right and the rest of several dozen are wrong. We shall see.

Well when only ONE of those "experts" actually uses insider information (you know, information from people that can be called experts without the use of quotation marks) to base his conclusions accurately from yeah in and year out...then yeah...that's pretty much the case.

Either way, I don't really care to judge either way until we've seen them play...but if I'm forced to, Gosselin's 100 is the only source I'd feel comfortable using to base an opinion on a player I've never seen play.

You, on the other hand, will just continue to base it on whether or not the pundits disagree with any moves Jerry Jones has made. Your presence here wouldn't be so prevalent if the "experts" were praising Jerry for addressing our weaknesses or even taking into account the Roy Williams trade. I understand your convenience, but it doesn't make your adopted opinion any more correct....at least not yet.

I seriously doubt Gosselin is the only "expert" that talks to scouts and people within the league when it comes to the draft.

I have consistently praised the 2008 draft. So you apparently have no basis for these remarks.

I actually base my opinion on what I see and based on info from numerous sources, unlike you and certain others who will discard the analysis of the vast majority and then cling to that of 1 or 2 who happen to agree with what the home team did.

Anyway no one knows 100% right now how it'll turn out, I just hope it's better than what 99% of the analysts, including Gosselin think. Just about everyone has said this draft was a C or worse and put it significantly below two of our division opponents. If that turns out to be the case then we will continue to lose ground.

I was born in Ohio, but I can't stand that stuff. Who in the world thought of putting cinnamon in chili and then putting it on top of pasta? Wow.

Say that ain't so ----pasta and cinnamon:bang2: ----thats a shooting offense--

Much worse then making the newbies eat Cbz's pea salad

Never said he was...but he is the only one that consistently produces an accurate draft rating.

That's laughable. First, you'd be an idiot not to at this point. Second, I have all the basis I need by your post history. Let me see a post were you've attributed any of the 2008 success to Jerry Jones...then I'll be surprised. Even if you had, there is still a large body of your work that provides an incredibly strong foundation to suggest that you like to wait for opportune times to spew your vitriol for Jerry....like when the "experts" think our draft sucks...even though they'll take in account other team's pre draft trades and exclude ours. Some professionals...

I actually base my opinion on what I see and based on info from numerous sources, unlike you and certain others who will discard the analysis of the vast majority and then cling to that of 1 or 2 who happen to agree with what the home team did.

You haven't seen **** yet, yet somehow your opinions have permeated this forum like stank in a whorehouse since the draft.

...and I just told you I'd rather wait until I see these guys play in the NFL before I make any judgement, so spare me the "i base my opinion on numerous sources, unlike you" crap. I'm not clinging to anything, unlike yourself, whose infatuation with Jerry Jones is borderline paparazzi.

Anyway no one knows 100% right now how it'll turn out, I just hope it's better than what 99% of the analysts, including Gosselin think. This, I can agree with....but even if our draft is graded a dreaded 'C' or worse...if we hit on 3-4, we won't be losing any ground. The talent is already on the roster. We needed to add some speed and athleticism (check), add depth (check), upgrade ST (hopefully check), and churn the bottom of the roster. If so, it was a success IMO. Grades for this draft are useless.

Can you point out the praise? I was able to find very few posts from you immediately following the draft and they were

complaining about trading Fasano and ayodele

complaining about trading 2 firsts for galloway years ago

complaining about not drafting WR

I am having a hard time finding all the praise

** Mike Jenkins is wearing No. 21 after spending his rookie year in No. 31. I realize this is somewhat old news since he posted on his blog more than a month ago. Interesting that he said Roy Williams not to take No. 31 as a rookie.

What does that last sentence mean?

Locker Room Switches

Today was the first time the evil media was allowed back in the Cowboys' locker room since the day after the 2008 season ended.

The first thing that stood out? Duh - Terrell Owens' locker name is gone. Second-year running back Tashard Choice has taken Owens' old locker.

Other notable locker stall changes included Jay Ratliff taking Chris Canty's corner spot that is closest to the training room. Terence Newman has taken safety Roy Williams' spot.

There are any number of bad jokes and cheap shots to take, so feel free ...
