I wish we had kept Matt Moore. That move bothers me to this day.

Me too. I was impressed with him as a undrafted rookie. He seemed to be able to move the team down the field and did not make as many turnovers a rookie usually makes. I wish they would of found a way to have kept him.

I agree wholeheartedly! There's something about that kid that makes you believe he's going to find a way to move the ball. A little like, dare I say, Romo.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Moore is the next Romo but you sure as heck won't hear me say that he isn't or never will be.

There's just something about him. I'm disappointed that we didn't find a way to keep him.

Me too, man, me too...

I;'m all for acquiring young QBs, but I'm not ready to draft one on the 1st day yet. Second day and UDFA work for me.

I think Henne is a quality QB but he's not accurate enough with the deep ball...

Henne will not be a immediate star....but should a have good career as a starter if groomed on the right team....

I hope good Ol Tony Romo dont turn out to be another Jake Delhomme, everyone compares him to Bulger, Jakle and Tony are similar

yeah Its too bad, Newmans injury I think forced us to keep one of those on the bubble corners like brown and then the addition of oglesby. I think had newman been healthy moore what have been given a spot.

I just think it is the perfect time to have a young guy. We have a good group of offensive players, a good qb coach, a good rb and wr coach, an excellent tight end coach and a very good Offensive mind in Garret running it all.

Seems like the perfect situation for a young guy to learn with no pressure on him.

I don't see the Cowboys taking Henne (or any other QB ) very high this year. However, you can never have too many good QBs and having a Matt Schaub type of commodity on the roster is never a bad thing (for a variety of reasons).

..Brad Johnson is being measured for cryogenic freezing as we speak.

We have to get another good, strong armed QB in to begin getting him ready incase.

I'm suspecting they are looking for somebody a bit mobile like Romo has been.

Not sure he was the right mobility for them, but interesting none the less.
