DMN Blog: Cricket could start Sunday night *Merge*

I really like this guy.......he made a hit in training camp that echoed accross the Alamo Dome......a player for sure.

Anderson is a hitter....and a hard one. My concern with him (since watching him in college) is that he won't last long. We'll have to see how he's used, but he hits ALOT harder than Hoyte and Hoyte hits pretty hard when he can get his block.

There was never a more fitting screnname.

It's an easy target and you couldn't even get it right without screwing it up.

Congrats, you just did the internet forum equivalent of whiffing in T-ball.

:lmao2:

Cricket is a pur Fullback. I watched him at Uconn and he suprisingly is decent catching out of the backfield. He is a wiling blocker. This is a no brain move - Hoyte is what he is, a converted LB.

Dude, I left out an "e".

I think Andrson has been solid on Special Teams. Good opportunity for him. I sure like this crazy bastid so far.

So you screwed it up then...right?

You see the key to belittling others is to not look silly doing it...there's this thing called spell check, you might want to look into it.:lmao2:

People say he can catch, but I didn't see much of that in preseason. I saw more drops. Of course I didn't get to see all the games so I could be wrong.

Those little laughing icons don't actually make your jokes funny.

Kind of like when you post in that this is a fact style, doesn't mean you know what the hell you are talking about..huh?

I was mistaken. You're not any less annoying without the laughing icons.

That was the best you could do?

Oh well at least you finally admitted to being wrong about something.

yes!

i love Hoyte.....but guy drops to many passes...and is not a threat in the passing game...hes not even help
Can having a bad stinger affect you that way? Wouldn't it be harder to reach out for a pass, etc.? Maybe that's why he's having problems.....

Deon Anderson is the better of the two...
I just don't understand where this stuff is coming from. This isn't really even close. It's not like a Julius/Barber comparison where there are arguments on both sides (or, at least, like there used to be).

Hoyte is hands down a better blocker. It's like night and day.
