DMN Blog: DeSean Jackson talks trash, Cowboys listen

This guy has, maybe two brain cells, and they're both fighting to make a coherent thought...

here is a fun nugget too.

THe only TD the eagles have scored on us this season came on the drive where MIke Jenkins was on the bench at philly, he had a wrist injury and they went up the field and scored.

Just like green bays only drive came on the drive where jenkins was injured and on the bench.

The only time New Orleans moved the ball on us was when Jenkins was out with the wind knocked out.

Jenkins is really something. That's a first round pick that really makes up for some misses on other picks.

DeSean Jackson has yet to burn the Cowboys on the field.

But he has plenty to say off of it.

Philadelphia's Pro Bowl receiver tweeted after Sunday's loss that they would, "sting the Cowboys rear ends'' in the rematch. He then sent out a message on UStream claiming Mike Jenkins has never shut him down and added, "them boys are scared of me.''

Someone forwarded the UStream message to Jenkins.
''

I forwarded the video to Jenkins on his Twitter account, did anyone else do it also? Surely I'm not the only one that did this?

Pretty cool the average fan can get bulletin board material to a player

:suxiggle::puke::puke:keep talking :mule: :puke::puke:<:shoot2: we''l talk on the field:eagles::starspin

"I'm about to release it to the dogs,'' Jenkins said. "I'm about to take it to the secondary and let them boys see.

"We'll deal with it on Saturday.''

When asked about his comments Wednesday, Jackson said, "it is what it is.'' When asked why the Cowboys are scared of him, he asked, "why do you say that?''

After Jackson was reminded that he was the one who said it, he paused for several seconds then answered.

"I'm a very competitive person,'' Jackson said. "Everyone I play against I feel that way.''

The Cowboys were more amused by the comments than upset. Jenkins and Jackson are friends and share the same agent.

"It's all good-natured,'' Jenkins said. "You have to make it fun. This is a long season and you have to make something entertaining out of it.

"We look at it as a challenge.''
