Fans arrive early for tailgating activities

Fans showed up at Texas Stadium early Sunday to show their support for the Dallas Cowboys in the playoff game against the New York Giants. Tailgaters traded food, bragging rights and cheers.
“We’ve waited a long time for this,” said Brittany Williams of Killeen, who joined a parade of women wearing pink with quarterback Tony Romo’s number 9 on their jerseys. “With us, he won’t have time to think about [his girlfriend pop star] Jessica Simpson.”
Meanwhile, a group of toga-clad fans dubbed “Romo’s Romans” declared an end to all memories of last year’s ill-fated “snap” during the playoffs.
With white sheets draping their bodies and wreaths made of plastic houseplants, they praised Romo’s “championship caliber.”
“He’s going to take us to the Super Bowl,” declared fan Whit Sabin.

Most of the players have cleared the field, and they'll be back out again in uniform in a few minutes. Star WR/travel agent Terrell Owens didn't make an appearance during the pre-pre-game warm-ups.
I'm willing to bet you might get some kind of contrived Willis Reed entrance here from T.O.
Fans are willing to wait for it, too. Around the tunnel, there's fans craning their necks from the stands and looking up toward the Cowboys locker room.
Attention everyone: T.O.'s playing today. Don't pay attention to anything to the contrary.
