The Giants don't appear to be afraid of the Cowboys' impressive passing corps.

"They call this a challenge for us," starting cornerback Terrell Thomas said, "but they have to match up against us too."

"They're big and strong and powerful coming off the ball and they have a lot of big playmakers," Giants coach Tom Coughlin said of the Dallas receiving group. "Each one of them has exhibited that in this early part of the season."

"We're not going to be able to double team players in certain positions and we'll line up mano-a-mano and I look forward to that," Thomas said. "We're corners. We're built for that. We're used to being on the island."

Given that comment and attitude I would not be shocked at all if Terrell Thomas gives up 1 or 2 TDs Monday.

They better hope that their D-line puts pressure on Romo or Mr Thomas will be in for a long day...

I have trouble even finding excitement in this pregame chit chat anymore. 99% of the time the opponent ends up right about what they said anyways.

Last thing you want to do is underestimate a team with nearly nothing to lose, just like I said with the Texans.

That's a misleading headline from the DMN. He didn't say our passing game didn't concern them, he merely said that which receivers were out there didn't concern them.

Opposing teams have been doubling up Austin, leaving Williams free to make big plays.

"It doesn't matter who they have out there. It doesn't concern us."

um, if they really are going to just man up on our guys im starting every dallas WR in fantasy this week

It's a diss. He said they aren't concerned about the Cowboys receivers. Funny he would say that; the passing game is about the only way we move the ball these days. I'd be far more concerned about that than our running game. But whatever. NFL players are knuckleheads when it comes to the media. They say the dumbest things.

This "team" usually comes up small when called out or facing a challange, so the giants can talk all they want. We won't do anything about it anyway.
Soft coach = Soft team.

That's what I was thinking too! Sounds like these guys are little over-confident.

lol - thats why RW's can catch the ball no ones covering him

I bet our OL is concerned about their front 4. Heck even Canty might get a sack this week

This is just a hunch but something tells me u aren't a big Roy fan...
:laugh2:

HE is probably a lot more upset that Roy is producing now then the fact that the team is 1-4.
