DallasEast;2219105 said:Exactly. So my next question would be, "Aren't Witten and Felix Jones receiving weapons?"[/quote
Yes Witten is, Felix is rookie and how many rookies make that much of an impact right away? He needs to learn how to play the game at the NFL level.

You can't put all your eggs in one basket thinking Felix Jones, a rookie, will just take is place. The more weapons Romo has the better.

Especially in this cleveland game. The whole game plan is going to be uptempo and throw it all over. They have the size to slow the running game down. Their weakness is depth in the secondary.
We have to have at least 4 wr active for crying out loud. Now that doesnt mean witten, curtis, jones wont go out wide or motion into the slot, but they are not wr.
The eagles have more starting corners than we do wr.
they need to figure this out super quick. Or we could end up in a hole in september.

If Owens goes down, what available receiver will replace his productivity within this offense?Pick6TerenceNewman;2219112 said:That's what I am trying to get people to understand. I am not saying Dallas can't win because they will but... what happens if T.O. or Crayton go down?

Answer: no one.
If Crayton goes down, Miles Austin and Sam Hurd's combined can replace Crayton's output when they're healthy.
What everyone must understand thatIt's not about eggs. It's about not messing up the receipe for success with the wrong ingredients.
- you have offensive options which are already on the roster.
- you can't plug in just anyone in an offense and expect certain results
- injuries which are not season ending are just that, not season ending so there is no reason to panic
Okay, what are our alternatives other than Jefferson and Amendola already on the roster? Who will we plug in for Austin and Hurd? With respect, will that be Terry Glenn and Joe Horn?theebs;2219129 said:You think we can have just two active wr?

No, can't have steak on every plate but you need more that Jefferson, Amendola to name a few.DaBoys4Life;2219138 said:So what do you suggesting stacking pro bowlers at every position??? We go out there and play and worry about injuries when/if they happen.
I'm not trying to be *****y, even though it probably reads that way. I'm just waiting to read some viable, REALITY type options because Terry Glenn and Joe Horn aren't season long or even half-a-season long alternatives.Pick6TerenceNewman;2219150 said:Big If!!!!!! No panic, just realilty.
