Ahahah, why you barking at my comment? Ill still say your full comment is ridiculous, rice was the best at what he did. T.O dropped 18 balls and I'm my opinion he cost us a few games because those drops were key! 20 yards to go or not. Let's see what he does for us next year

TO played with 1 hand....yea and u will se what he does for us next season...steve smith had 2 less drops then TO..n his hands were perfect..whats that telling u?

T.O didn't have a bad hand all year though. As far as steve smith goes, you can state he did bad. Still though Jerry Rice is Jerry Rice. That's like saying you would take Glenn over Irvin. I'm just saying you can't compare the two.I can see where your going in saying T.O is dominant though. He earned my respect in the superbowl he played in with one good leg. I saw what he could do which is why I was dissappointed in his season this year

alright i agree with u man :)...lol we shouldnt be argueing anyways...we should be worrying whos gonna be leading our Boys from here on out:banghead:

Rice always had a great qb throwing to him too.rice thinks he is god.

This whole head coach situation sucks, it would be a shame if we had a bad season due to coaching. Specially with all the talent we have!

TO is an idiot. Of course the Keyman isn't far from one either. Rice, well I've seen his darker side too.

yea thats the thing tho...he was good...now that hes not getting talked about no more...he feels the need to open his mouth...just like old rappers...now that 50 cent..and all these new rappers are getting exposure n selling tons of records..the old rappers come out n say "man there killing hiphop" just because thier old music/style is forgotten...just like rice's accomplishments/records are not talked about ever...y? Cuz TO has all the talk..so theres no room for the media n sports outlets to remenesse on the old days...cuz they rather tak about 1 man 95 percent of the time..sad? yes...but hey thats y hes upset

Off Topic but 50 cent is a crappy entertainer. He is not a rapper, you need to go back and listen to the old school rappers to understand what hip hop is all about. Do you remember when you fell in love with Hip Hop?

at least T.O. isn't wrong in saying that he was used improperly

Michael Irvin and anyone who ever played with Rice on his team and in the Probowl says that Rice was the best Wideout/Football player they have ever played with.

Troy Aikman said that in front of Mike Irvin ....... and he loves mike more than anyone.

Jerry is the Michael Jordan of Football ...... which shows how Good the Triplets where for dominating him .......

TO and Jerry SAY he was playing with one hand. For some reason I just doubt it. Did anyone see the cast on his hand where surgery has been performed??? Me neither! :D

So Key has a loyalty to Parcells. owens has a loyalty to owens. Give me Key any day.
Rice is pure class.
They both know garbage when they see it.

They tried to say it was a massage parlor, but the cops found him there when they raided it.

Something else from Mr. Rice : - - - - -

The talk-radio caller had a simple question for Jerry Rice on Friday afternoon.

And the legendary former 49ers and Raiders receiver didn’t back down.

“I heard in the media somewhere, Jerry, that you said that whoever drafted Alex Smith probably should be fired,” the caller to Rice’s show on Sirius Satellite Radio said. “Is that an accurate statement?”

Rice replied, “Yes, I made that statement.”

The rest of the article describes further comments made by Rice about Smith. He backs off the above statement a little, but not much.

When I read this, my initial reaction was that it was a really classless comment by Rice. Upon further reflection, I still think it seems classless, but I can’t put my finger on exactly why I feel that way. If Rice were working for one of the networks, comments of this nature would be part of his job. But he’s not. And if he says something like this twenty years from now about the Niners’ at-the-time quarterback of the future, it’ll just be a standard case of old-fartism and not worth a second thought. But he’s not that old.

I guess he’s under no obligation to be a cheerleader for his former organization, and I usually appreciate non-cookie-cutter comments from athletes, but this just feels wrong to me.

Thats funny about the massage parlor, thnx I really haven't heard that.

I heard the Sirius show you are talking about. Rice isn't a home boy 49. Kind of the way Aikman thinks allot of what the Cowboys do are mistakes and he also isn't shy about it.
Rice has an opinion and he sticks to it. I like that. That caller was kind of arrogant I thought and Rice just gave it back.

Stick around, I can open your eyes to all things T.O. too.

Just kidding, I know that won't happen ! :laugh2: :laugh1:

Keyshawn up.... sucked here

Not supporting anything Key says in public as he's been somewhat of a terd himself over the years, but that's a rather ridiculous statement that cannot be supported...T.O. gave us more, but Key gave far more than many expected...T.O. gave less.
