Positions the Cowboys need to draft

I think folks are pretty much in agreement around these parts that the Cowboys have three primary need positions entering the draft: CB, RB and WR, in whatever order you want to argue.
I see two other positions that, in my opinion, must be addressed during the draft.
One is strong safety, based in part on the probability that Keith Davis will leave for more playing time elsewhere. And, of course, there's the Roy Williams factor. At some point, if Williams doesn't perform up to the standards of his salary, the Cowboys will have to seriously consider cutting him. That decision would be a lot easier to make if his replacement is already on the roster.
I also consider QB a need position, and that has nothing to do with Tony Romo, who I expect to be well worth the $67 million deal he signed last season. But the Cowboys need to find a good backup to groom behind Romo. Brad Johnson is on his last NFL legs. Maybe practice-squad QB Richard Bartel and his strong arm are the answer, but the Cowboys were ready to cut him if Matt Moore (who certainly would have fit the bill) cleared waivers.
A quality young backup is important for two major reasons: 1) So the sky doesn't fall if Romo goes down for a few weeks or longer; 2) the potential to develop the QB and deal him for picks a few years down the road, like the Falcons did with Matt Schaub last year. (We'll assume that Romo won't pull a Mike Vick and make that move look foolish.)
