The only reason I say I didn’t like the T.O. and potentially the Ray Lewis signing is from an economic stand point. I like the Zach Thomas signing for what he cost. If he would have been sign for potentially $25 million dollar I would not have liked it. I just don’t like the kind of money that Ray Lewis may want.

How much do James & Henry count against the cap in 2009. If it is combined for more than 10 M, then jettison the guys (trade, cut, whatever) and bring Ray in.

back load the K with a nice signing bonus. In essence it will be a 2 year deal, the 3rd year will not really count.
