I would think when its just a random test though, the club isn't being informed of anything that is out of the ordinary. It just seems like common sense is that the important thing is to notify the player before the 24 hour limit is up so he doesn't get put in any undo scrutiny. I also think the common place for the test is at the teams facility anyway so the team is going to know.WoodysGirl;2113063 said:Don't quote me on this, but I think it has to do with the CBA and the Club knowing beforehand when a test is being administered...or if the player is in the program.
I recall their being a discussion about this when Quincy was released, because the rumor was that they knew he was about to be fined for a bad test or something like that.
