DMN photog Tom Fox captured an only-at-Valley Ranch moment this afternoon.

Tank Johnson, the Cowboys' gentlemanly nose tackle with a checkered past, strolled over to greet some big-money sponsors and order a drink during a practice break.

He passed on the Miller and Pepsi products, as well as a margarita, for a bottled water.

Jerry was awfully worried about the corporate folks when the wind tossed around their big, ol' tent set up by the practice fields this morning. He couldn't move the tent and tables inside the bubble for the afternoon, but they set up the bar in the corner, a few feet from the end zone.

Jerry was kind enough to offer the media some brewskis, too.

"You know, I always give the free beer to the media around here," Jerry said. "You know that, [national TV star with funny haircut who will remain anonymous]. Hey, I can paY a draft pick with all the beer that you've had."

Tank is the younger version of Fergy, lol.

Couldn't a bar out at practice be a little bit of a distraction?

I do see what you're talking about... but Timmy (Timah) Mac is reporting it as if he saw it happen. If so, then I guess it isn't a photoshop.

second chick from the left is about the same distance away from the camera as tank. She looks very similar to him, she is pixelated but sharp much like he is. Looks legit.

I was thinking that too, especially when I noticed that, ... here you are at a Cowboys practice, and Tank Johnson, one of the Cowboys strolls over, and nobody is looking at him ??? (well, one girl, .. maybe)

I am thinking he would be the center of attention.

Plus, that girl in front needs to suit up, she is huge.

I vote fake.

I saved a copy directly from the source and showed it to our web graphics guy. His immediate reaction was that it's a PS job. He opened it in PS and played with some filters and said he was 99% sure it had been manipulated and that the image of Tank was a cut and paste job.

He could be wrong and so could I but my gut still says the picture is fake. I'm not saying that the incident didn't happen. Tank may well have gone over and got some water but I don't thing this image is what they claim it is.

I am actually gonna go ahead and say that I am may be wrong(something abersonc cant do) and say that it looks like its been photoshoped.

Are you kidding? The reason some of the girls are blurry is because they're in the foreground, while the camera is focused on Tank in the back.

The lens can't focus on everything is they are at various distances, people. Sheesh.
