If Wade were actually coaching Romo that way I would feel better.

Parcells was the best at not letting his teams get too high or too low. This team is more bi-polar, with the most extreme swings.

I think Romo needs a little protecting right now. I think he needs a coach to take him aside and tell him that this team is nothing without him. The coach just needs to make him believe it. Right now, I don't think that is happening.

I agree. This is the only chance of keeping him from being damaged for good IMO. He obviously has a lot of talent as evidenced by every year but this one. He's just lost his confidence. I think that is what is causing him to be off on his accuracy. He's overthinking everything.

Agreed. I just said in another thread that confidence is huge in this game, especially in this town. Romo needs someone to have his back. I'm not sure anybody who matters does. The coach and offensive coordinator can swear by him, but they don't have any credibility with fans or media anymore. Apparently, the players don't either. So it's a tough job right now.

I'm tired of hearing the same things over and over from Wade with no change in the results. After every game it's "yeah we have to clean that up. certainly" yet we see the same mistakes we were making since late in the 2007 season.

Hey Fatty, maybe if your pass defense was not 29th in the league and could actually get some stops when the game is on the line, our QB wouldnt have all the pressure on him.

Another thing Fatty, how bout you go over and kick the crap out of your offensive coordinator. His game plan for the week consist of writing down all the "Ask Madden" plays from his Playstation.

This team is coached so badly it is down right criminal.
