Wade "concerned" on Henry
Cowboys coach Wade Phillips called CB Anthony Henry's injury the "dreaded high ankle sprain.
"I say that because it's normally not an injury you come back very quickly from," he continued. "It's not a severe one, they say. Still, normally, if it's a high ankle sprain, it's four weeks. If it's not as severe it might be two weeks. I've heard of people coming back in one. We're still evaluating, but I think it'd be really iffy this week."
Of the injured players, Phillips ruled only rookie S Courtney Brown out for Monday night's game in Buffalo. He said that special teams captain Keith Davis is getting better and closer to returning, as is FB Oliver Hoyte.
With Henry's prospects of playing looking grim, Phillips said it's likely that Terence Newman will stay on the right side with Jacques Reeves remaining on the left. The coach explained that playing on the right -- away from his accustomed left corner spot -- will work to put less stress on the tendinitis in Newman's right knee.
