Calvin Watkins http://www.***BANNED-URL***/blogs/images/email-icon.jpg E-mail http://www.***BANNED-URL***/blogs/images/email-icon.jpg News tips

This is based on what we've seen so far.
Stock up

1. Miles Austin. Making strong catches, but still needs some work.
2. Tashard Choice. Got a third quarter touchdown run and looks good.
3. Jason Witten. Caught two passes for 17 yards and then took a seat.
4. First team offensive line. Looked good in protection.
5. Tony Romo. Threw the ball well.
Stock down

1. Adam Jones. Looks rusty on run coverage but will get better.
2. Richard Bartel. Great arm but needs to settle down.
3. Second team offensive line. Allowed Brad Johnson to get hit too many times
4. Danny Amendola. Fumbled a punt leading to a touchdown.
5. Special teams play. Poor angles being taken on tackles.

Special teams play is the only thing to worry about here...but it's a big worry.

Is it me, or has anyone not seen this 'great arm' on Bartel?

Felix Jones needs to be on stock up.
Most impressive player I saw for us tonight was Felix. Running and catching I thought he looked very fluid and was exactly the weapon I hoped for.

He was exciting, especially when you consider they are not going to show off what they are planning to do with him. He has moves that are subtle and do not slow him down. He is sneaky quick and is fun to watch. Much like barber he seemed to move laterally without slowing down.

I do have to say that austin and scandrick were the players of the game I thought, for whatever that is worth.

Stanback had a huge run all set on that reverse except cruz couldnt hold his block. Had cruz held his block stanback would have run a long way. That was a shame!

On that check down pass from B Johnson Felix looked very, very good.

He's definitely going to add a new dimension to our offense.

Was anyone else concerned about our run defense? (2nd stringers of course.)

Not really for me. A lot of those guys either won't be around in a couple weeks or are role players.

My two "players of the game" our now my new Sig pic.

It wasn't different seeing a LB from Thomas' spot actually busting loose and making a play. So used to Ayodele just being "there."

Austin's hand strength is what most impressed me about his game. He really attacked the ball well.
