The Falcons' offensive line had their helmets handed to them by Dallas' defensive front. The unit entered the game not having allowed a sack over the last 133 passing attempts. They had only given up two sacks on the season. The Cowboys posted four sacks. DeMarcus Ware had two sacks. Marcus Spears had one and Jay Ratliff had one. Ratliff was a one-man wrecking crew in the middle of the line going against center Todd McClure and the guards Harvey Dahl and Justin Blalock. He also had four tackles, one tackle for loss and a forced fumble.

Yesterday we saw the dynamic that cowboys fans have been screaming about.

Wade phillips easy going demeanor vs mike smith screaming and yelling all day.

Everyone wants the screamer. The screamer got his lunch eaten yesterday. smith and mularkey got worked over pretty good yesterday, it was nice for a change.

I could never understand why people think you have to be a loud screaming type of coach to be great. We had a guy here for a long time with a funny hat who had a quiet demeanor and he did alright.
