No, he's not overrated. He's only as good as the 6-2 Giants need him to be and he's been that.

The Giants are relying on their running game and defense to win in November and December; Eli is the "bus driver." I'd say he's a pretty good one. He's no more overrated than Ben Rotheslhamberger.

The question was whether Manning was overrated. I fail to see what Grossman has to do with the discussion.

Manning is not an elite QB like his brother or Brady but then who is? Does that make him overrated because of his draft status? I say no.
