I'd take whoever is available that can be a good player.

Even if it is a lineman. We are going to lose Flozel next year.

The line should be built through the draft.
Maybe Quincy Carter will be available in Round 2!

If the boys don't resign Colombo, i would imagine they would need to go OL (blalock, maybe). I believe with the depth at CB and WR in this years draft, they can address both those needs in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

THe question is what would dallas do if one of the top two safties (more likely Reggie Nelson) drop to #22, would they pass on him to pick Blalock?
I don't know if i would pass on a talent like Nelson, who can fill a big hole for us next year. HOwever, what would that mean to the FS we drafted last year? are we giving up on him already?

To me picking a CB in the first two rounds affords the boys a bit more flexibility. It is a position that needs to be addressed looking down the road. Henry is not a spring chicken and he has had knee problems recently and for a CB that's not a good sign. He might be able to extend his playing career if he indeed switches to FS. If we draft a CB and he is ready to take over opposite Newman then great, Henry can play FS with Patrick under his wings, which would benefit Patrick greatly.

Another question is would the Boys drop down a few spots further and get an additional 3rd this year since after Dallas, Baltimore (#29) is the one team that needs an OL badly? With the extra pick we can maybe get NT, FB, or an additional LB or even a second WR.

Then that would mean a WR....since they are the most avail.

All the more reason to wait to draft one IMO. CB or a pass rusher is what i'm banking on, CB being the most likely. Either Houston or Ross will be there.
